    Ava in the Dark’s debut EP “Delete Us Forever”. Comes in a protective card sleeve.

    A mix of soundscapes from indie dream-pop, to minimal house, electropop to alt-rock. ‘Delete Us Forever’, Ava in the Dark’s debut EP is a glimpse into the soul of lead-singer, Kiera. It’s about mental health in adolescence, people-pleasing, social pressures and self-love, presented in a nostalgic era-bound frame, sometimes ironically.

    Inspired by the music of her childhood, aka Wolf Alice, Nothing But Thieves, London Grammar and Lana Del Ray, the EP mixes current influences such as Pale Waves, Billie Eilish, The 1975, Melanie Martinez and The Weeknd to create a retrospective, yet current juxtaposition of sound.

    Championed by BBC Radio 6, BBC Introducing West Yorkshire, BBC Radio Wales, Amazing Radio and XS Manchester.

In the lead up to the EP’s release, Ava in the Dark performed a live, stripped-back version of ‘Delete Us Forever’ and ‘Still’ with an interview with host Emily Pilbeam on BBC Music Introducing West Yorkshire, BBC Radio Leeds.
